Bohren & Der Club Of Gore To Release Classic Records On Vinyl
/Music collectors and jazz fans rejoice - Bohren & Der Club Of Gore are releasing some of their records on vinyl for the first time!
The group - the deliverers of doom jazz - are bringing three of their critically acclaimed records to the vinyl format, to be released over the course of the next three months. These records include Sunset Mission, Black Earth, and Geisterfaust. These will be the debuts of Sunset Mission and Geisterfaust on vinyl format.
The band posted the following statement on their Facebook page:
“You patient friends of uneventful music,
after years of gloom and desperation, the day has come.
No more illegal copies, no more unauthorized releases, no more grotesque Schwarzmarktpreise, here is the real (and legal) stuff”
The albums will be available in your local record store and on their website (preorders are not available). The schedule is as follows:
- November 11, 2016: Sunset Mission
- December 2, 2016: Black Earth
- January 13, 2017: Geisterfaust

Prices are not yet known, but certainly they'll be worth it for such excellent records.
