Travis Scott Returns With Big Track 'Watch' With Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West

Travis Scott has been living the high life over the last few months, all the while keeping fans on the edge of their seats as they rabidly await his new music that he's been teasing for what seems like forever. The time has finally come, and Travis is ready to take over again! Travis Scott returns with a big new track 'Watch' with Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West helping him bring the hype.

'Watch' bursts to life from the very start. Lil Uzi Vert takes on the first verse, rolling with a quick flow above the disorienting beat. Uzi's verse adds a lot of drive to the already very active beat and really gets the energy of the song flowing, effectively setting it on the right course. His verse is threatening, simply stating that he's not going to talk things out to settle something: he's going to eviscerate his opponent with his words and flow. Travis continues with his own verse, jumping on Uzi's vibe and taking it further. His braggadocious verse comes off with just the right delivery to prevent it from being annoying and keeps the energy high and strong.

Kanye's verse on 'Watch' is a bit more serious. The entire premise of 'Watch' is the rappers basically bragging about the size of their watches, but while Uzi and Travis talk about what they have the ability to do and what they actively do to have earned them, Kanye talks about what he's overcome. Ye takes jabs at a lot of societal things, including pharmaceuticals, referencing his own addiction to opioids and how he felt trapped in the system: "Wanna know how I feel? Step into my minefield / Wanna know how pain feels? I got off my main pills / Bet my wifey stay close, she know I'm on my Bezos / Opioid addiction, pharmacy's the real trap." Kanye's verse has more pain behind it, but it continues to add to the energy and power of the track.

Travis Scott returns with a big track in 'Watch,' with Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West adding to the track's energy. 'Watch' is definitely the perfect way to get fans ready for the new album that they've already been waiting for for ages, showing a new side of production and that the energy isn't dead. Travis is ready to take the world by storm again.
